Before his days of chatting it up with some of your favorite celebrities, Kemp was a singer/songwriter; performing at legendary clubs such as CBGBs and The Cutting Room. After many years of performing around NYC, writing songs and a few failed attempts at a record deal, Kemp set his sights on a secret desire: RADIO!
In January of 2010, KEMPIRE RADIO was born and the vision was to create a platform that celebrated real singers, real passion and real talk. The show would feature both noted and up and coming artists.
